2. Interview
Once your cv has been sent, you’ll be contacted by one of Twin Entertainment’s HR coordinators in order to get further information and to schedule an interview in our Bologna office. During the year, we also organize selections in different Italian and foreign locations to facilitate those people who live far away from Bologna.

During our interview, we will have the possibility to make a presentation about our company, the different destinations, the open job positions, the contract typologies, the payment terms and, if this is your first working season, we will also give you all the necessary information. If this is not your first working season or if you apply for a particular job position, we kindly ask you to provide us with all the supporting material you have (dvd, photo, etc..) According to the season and to your personal characteristics, you can also be invited to participate in one of our free stages within a few days. If the interview outcome is positive, you will receive our detailed proposal; our destinations are mainly located outside Italy, therefore we prefer to provide you with all the necessary information in advance and to make sure that you are really sure of your choice before leaving!

Before leaving for your working experience, you have the possibility to participate in a free stage:

One-weekend training event organized in Italy by Twin Entertainment.Training events can be personalized according to the needs of young people without any experience, of experienced people who need to update their technical skills and of our coordinators.At the end of this training week end program, trainees receive a communication on the outcome as well as a concrete job offer

Stages organized by our tour operators in Italy or abroad (having a duration of 3,7,15 3,7,15 days) for the already selected staff.
